Imperial Publishers agrees to provide publishing-related services to the Client, including but not limited to: book editing and proofreading, book formatting and layout design, book cover design, publishing assistance for digital and print platforms, ISBN guidance, marketing and promotional support, and distribution assistance. The exact services will be defined in the selected service package or proposal.
The Client agrees to provide all required materials such as manuscripts and images, ensure all submitted content is original or legally owned, respond to revision requests in a timely manner, and review completed work within the agreed timeline. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or late approvals from the Client.
The Client agrees to make a one-time payment for the selected publishing service package. The total service fee will be outlined in the invoice or proposal. Full payment must be made before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or a secure online payment processor. By submitting card details, the Client authorizes Imperial Publishers to charge the one-time service fee for the selected publishing services and confirms they are the authorized cardholder
Due to the nature of publishing services, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Refund requests may only be considered before the project begins and may include administrative or processing deductions. No refunds will be issued for completed work, delivered work, or publishing submissions already processed.
The Client may cancel services by submitting written notice. If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after administrative deductions. If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refund will be issued for completed portions of the project.
The Client retains ownership of their manuscript and content. Imperial Publishers retains ownership of internal templates, design frameworks, and production methods. All final deliverables will be transferred to the Client once full payment has been received.
Imperial Publishers provides professional services but does not guarantee book sales, market success, or platform approval. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the services provided.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all manuscripts, personal information, and project-related materials shared during the project.
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Imperial Publishers operates.
